We accept returns of products within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original condition and must not have been used or damaged. If the product has been used or damaged, we will not be able to accept the return. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you wish to make a return, please contact us by email or phone to obtain a return authorization number. Please be sure to include the order number and reason for the return in your email. Once you have obtained the return authorization number, send the product to our return address along with a copy of the original invoice. Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you a confirmation email and issue a refund in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

If you wish to exchange a product for another of equal or greater value, please contact us by email or phone to obtain an exchange authorization number. Please be sure to include the order number and reason for the exchange in your email. Once you have obtained the exchange authorization number, send the product to our exchange address along with a copy of the original invoice. Once we have received and processed your exchange, we will send you a confirmation email.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the product and the nature of the problem.
